R2 Program Director
As the Recovery & Resilience (R2) Program Director for ASAP of Anderson, Sarah Zimmerman is responsible for directing this team-based, multi-disciplinary program which offers prevention, adjudication, and rehabilitation for adolescents and their family members.
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Tennessee. She has spent several years working in the field of public health and has experience providing community outreach and education, facilitating a community action team and youth health board, and collaborating across agencies to address local and systems-level changes. Sarah has experience in mental health settings with roles including case management and crisis intervention.
In her free time, Sarah enjoys camping, hiking, and biking with her three kids.
