Ashley Freeberg
Prevention Coordinator


As the Prevention Coordinator with ASAP of Anderson, Ashley Freeberg works part-time assisting the Middle School Ambassador Programs throughout Anderson County Schools, that includes prevention education, community outreach and protective factors for all Ambassador students. Ashley coordinates and teaches safe medication practices in partnership with South College Student Pharmacists and Methodist Medical Center staff throughout Anderson County delivering this information to young adolescents to senior citizens.

Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Western Carolina University and her previous career credentials include Probation & Parole Officer for 5 years and Drug Court Coordinator for 3 years. Ashley is excited to work in the prevention field and advocates for our youth and empowers them to live a healthy lifestyle and educates them about the harmful effects of drugs and alcohol through prevention education and this includes utilizing community resources, collaborating together, and making a positive impact in Anderson County.
