Methodist Medical Center Introduces the Med Minder Form

Methodist Medical Center is introducing the new Med Minder form along with tips for medicine safety. The form is for anyone who takes several medications and may apply to you, your child or parent, or others.  Counting medications can aid in the prevention of substance misuse and alert those taking medications that someone may be taking their medicines without their knowledge.  Always remember to count your medicine, lock up all medicines in your home and take your unused or unwanted medicines to a permanent medicine disposal bin when they are no longer needed.  Go to the Med Minder page, get more information on the program and download the Med Minder tracking form to help you and your loved ones stay on top of medication management.
