Parents Who Host, Lose the Most Campaign

PWH_Vector_Logo wASAP copyASAP sponsors a media campaign multiple times each year to raise awareness of Tennessee’s Social Host Liability Law. The Social Host Law holds adults accountable for providing alcohol to minors or knowingly enabling underage drinking. Adults found guilty of breaking this law can be prosecuted and face up to 11 months, 29 days in jail, a $2,500 fine and loss of driving privileges.

Adults providing alcohol to underage youth send a mixed message and can only add to a teenager’s confusion about the acceptability of drinking. The PWH media campaign relays this important message to parents through local sporting events.
